The company was formed in 1993. Recognized as one of Manitoba's fastest growing companies in 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999. In 1996 the company was third in Manitoba's top 50 fastest growing companies. The principal and staff have over thirty five years experience in the chemical industry.
- 1993 - United Chemical Services was incorperated in April, founded by Tom Screawn and Bertram Coutts.
- 1995 - A new distribution centre was developed in Selkirk, Manitoba.
- 1997 - The company was Manitoba's third fastest growing company.
- 1998 - United Chemical obtained ISO 9002-1994 Certification.
- 1999 - United Chemical purchased a chemical distribution company and formed a new separate company called KT EnviroClean Inc.
- 2000 - Received Business Achievement Award from Triple S Region for Sales Growth.
- 2003 - Obtained Certification of ISO 9001-2000.
- 2004 - United Chemical purchased an additional 11 acres adjacent to its present Selkirk property to further plant expansion.
